About the Space
Cirrus Visual offers a modern, flexible meeting space available to individuals, community groups, nonprofits, and businesses at no cost. Whether you're hosting a brainstorming session, a community meeting, or a casual workshop, our space is designed to support productive, meaningful gatherings.

- Large presentation screen with HDMI hookup
- Flexible room configurations (studio, classroom, lounge-style)
What makes Cirrus a good venue? In addition to our proximity to downtown, we offer large gathering spaces with tables and seating in our modern industrial building. Our space comes equipped with an ample kitchen, multiple restrooms, handicap accessibility, and site parking.
We host many types of events throughout the year including our own celebrations such as the annual Aloha Friday happy hour for clients. Last fall, we hosted Cirrus Oktoberfest to celebrate our 25th anniversary, which gathered nearly 100 people. Each month, our Cirrus Creative Series brings diverse creative groups together at Cirrus to explore and share knowledge on varying topics. We’ve hosted networking events for members of Local First Arizona, Festival and Events Association of Tucson, and Women in Manufacturing, to name a few.
In addition to providing the space for these types of organizations, we also provide interactive VIP tours of our production facility and demonstrate how we bring ideas to life through the power of print. As an added bonus - each guest walks away with cool swag!

How It Works
1. Request a Reservation
Simply fill out the request form below to request a booking. A member of our staff will be in contact to confirm the space. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Enjoy the Space
Arrive a few minutes early to set up. Our staff will be on-site to assist with any basic needs.
3. Respect Others
Since this is a free community resource, we ask all users to respect the space, start and end on time, and leave it as you found it.
